Exchanges and Refunds:

• We offer full refunds or exchanges.
• Items can be exchanged for a different size, color, or a product of equal value.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be in their original, unworn condition with packaging intact.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return Process:

• Refunds will be issued in full within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Gloves where the protective film or the outer plastic bags have been removed.
• Gloves that have been used, worn, or washed.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for return instructions.

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Important Note:

• If a delivery address is incorrect or has an error leading to the order being returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost.
