RETURNS
If you are looking at returning any items please contact support@vultragoalkeeping.com where we will process the refund and arrange for you to send the product back to us.
Items that can NOT be returned:
-Gloves where the protective film has been removed.
-Gloves which have been used.
-Clothing that has be worn.
-Clothing that has been washed.
All gloves must be returned within 2 weeks to receive a refund or an exchange for another size. As soon as we receive the gloves your refund or exchange will be processed. Any returns must be paid by the customer. Exchanges will be sent back to you free of charge.

BEFORE USING YOUR GLOVES FOR THE FIRST TIME YOU MUST WASH THE GLOVES IN LUKEWARM WATER TO REMOVE ANY EXCESS CHEMICALS THAT ARE USED DURING MANUFACTURE AND ALSO ENSURE MAXIMUM GRIP WHEN IN USE.
BEFORE USE
MOISTEN THE PALMS BEFORE A GAME TO HELP MAXIMISE THE LATEX GRIP.
AFTER USE
CLEAN YOUR GLOVES AS SOON AS YOU HAVE FINISHED THE GAME, THIS WILL HELP INCREASE THE LIFE OF YOUR GLOVES. RINSE THEM IN WARM WATER WITH ACLOTH OR SPONGE GENTLY RUBBING AWAY THE DIRT OR MARKS FROM THE LATEX OR THE BACKHAND. ALLOW THEM TO DRY NATURALLY AND AVOID WRINGING/SQUEEZING THEM OUT.

ALL OF THE ABOVE CAN CAUSE THE GLOVE TO BECOME DRY AND MINIMISE THE AFFECTS OF THE LATEX. THE LATEX COULD START TO WEAR AWAY EVEN DURING THE FIRST USE. VULTRA CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE
